Vietnam Human Resource Consultants - VHRC acting directly under the Pacific Manpower Company is a state State-run company, established in 1991 by The Vietnam Minister of Labour, Invalids and Social Affairs under the authorization of the Prime Minister of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam. We have long been known as a leading manpower agency in Vietnam. Before 1991 we was a Government Organization, had sent over 50,000 people to work mainly in the Soviet Union and East Europe countries by the government to government agreements. From 1991 up to now, we have dispatched over 28,000 workers and specialists over 30 countries and territories worldwide, greatly contributing to the development of Vietnam’s economy in general and to solving the local unemployment and poverty clearance in particular.
